This Bosch 36-inch 800 Series induction range brings 5 induction elements to the cooktop, including a best-in-class 5.5 kW element and a CombiZone that merges two zones into one large area for oversized pans and griddles. The ceramic glass surface heats cookware directly, cooking faster than gas or electric while staying cool to the touch and wiping clean easily. The 5.4 cu. ft. oven offers 9 cooking modes, including Air Fry, Convection Multi-Rack, Pizza, and true Convection Bake with a third heating element and rear fan for even, multi-rack results. Catalytic and steam-assisted cleaning keep the oven cavity easier to maintain, and a full-extension telescopic rack rail gives smooth access to heavy dishes. The QuietClose door closes gently instead of slamming, and an ergonomic tilted display keeps the controls easy to read while cooking.

FASTER COOKING WITH INDUCTION
When you place a pan on an induction cooktop and turn it on, an electric current travels through a coiled copper wire, which produces and applies heat directly to your pan.
