Note you will have to have 1) a valid email address, 2) photo of receipt/pdf of invoice showing complete payment, purchase date, model number/SKU of purchased models, retailer name and address, 3) serial numbers for each purchased model and 4) your name and address to process the claim. 3. Upload your invoice/receipt from retailer with purchase of appliances. Make sure all products are on the same invoice/receipt. 4. Enter information about your purchased product. Note that there is store information already loaded into the website and by typing in the retailer and the beginning of the street, customers should be able to find their store. If the customer has purchased the product but it hasn’t yet delivered, they will be prompted by an email to return and provide the serial numbers at a number date. Add all eligible purchases by clicking the blue “+Add another product” button on the bottom right or continue to the next step. 5. Claim the eligible rebate. 6. Enter customer information. 7. Enter the verification code from your email address. 8. Continue and confirm purchase.
