BlueStar® RCS Series 36" Stainless Steel Freestanding Gas Range

The open burner design of the Nova burner provides 15,000 BTUs of cooking power, perfect for a rapid boil, high-heat sear, or a perfect saute. The precise 130° simmer burner easily melts chocolate and can gently warm delicate soups and sauces. Integrated wok cooking is available on any burner, plus BlueStar® burners and full-motion grates are porcelain-coated cast iron for the ultimate in durability.

Extra-large Convection Oven with Infrared Broiler

BlueStar® ovens can accommodate full-size commercial sheet pans for the ultimate in efficient cooking or baking. The unique oven baffle design and convection fan system results in even heat distribution for precise accurate baking. Plus, our 15,000 BTU infrared broiler produces 1850° of intense searing heat, enabling you to broil to perfection in just a matter of minutes.

Because of its popularity in the commercial market, the direct-fired ceramic infrared broiler is standard on all Sealed Burner Series ranges. The large infrared burner produces 1850°of intense, searing heat close to the burner, while effecting a gentler broil for foods placed farther away. The broiler is fully recessed into the oven’s top to create maximum cooking space.

Backguards: Available backguards include Island Trim, 6″, 17″ and 24″ options.

Knob Colors: Add a pop of color to your kitchen with colored knobs.  Choose from 190 color options or even design a custom colored knob.

Available only on the Platinum Series, 25,000 BTU PrimaNova burners deliver high, concentrated heat – perfect for achieving unmatched searing and an ultra-rapid boil. 22,000 BTU, 18,000 BTU, 15,000 BTU and 130°F simmer burners complete your range with unmatched control and precision. BlueStar’s unique open burner system ensures maximum efficiency, delivering intense heat directly and evenly across the bottom of the pan.

With the Platinum Series, there is no need to choose between all burners or griddles / charbroilers on your range. Each Platinum Series range comes standard with all burners but includes the revolutionary cast-iron Interchangeable Griddle and Charbroiler system. Enjoy the ultimate in flexibility: remove 2 burners and place the griddle or charbroiler anywhere on the range, interchange the two components based on the day’s menu, and enjoy dual zone cooking with up to 40,000 BTUs of heat on four unique cooking surfaces.
